Laboratory Flotation Machine
The laboratory flotation machine is suitable for geology, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry and other industries.The flotation method is used to get the laboratory flotation samples of the required minerals. It is suitable for the separation of non-ferrous and black metals, and can also be used for the separation of non-metallic minerals such as coal, quartz and talc. This machine has three kinds of spindle, scraper has two different speeds for selection, the machine is small, corrosion resistant, beautiful appearance, easy to operate. The machine is driven by the triangular belt of the motor, driving the impeller to rotate, generating centrifugal effect to form negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is inhaled to mix with the pulp, on the other hand, mixing the pulp and medicine, and at the same time refining the foam, so that minerals adhere to the foam, float to the pulp surface and form the mineralized foam. Adjust the ram height to control the liquid level so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.
