Small medium-frequency melting furnace
It is suitable for smelting metal materials such as gold, silver, platinum, copper and aluminium with melting points lower than 1800ºC. This machine adopts water circulation cooling, with the maximum temperature reaching 2000 degrees.
The melting time for each pot is 3 to 4 minutes. It adopts an ultra-small medium-frequency induction heating power supply, which saves 10% energy compared with the traditional thyristor medium-frequency.
The medium-frequency magnetic field has a magnetic stirring effect on the melted metal, which is conducive to uniform composition and scum formation.
