Product Description

The product of the roller washing machine has a very high cleaning degree of sand and stone, and the roller washing machine has also been widely used in many sand and stone production lines.The roller ore washing machine is mainly used in the desliming and screening of a large number of sand and stone used in construction sites, sand and stone plants, preforming plants and hydropower sites, and can also be used in ore screening operations.

 

The cleaning cylinder of the drum washing machine is supported by four tugs, the motor drives the reducer, and the big and small gears drive the cleaning cylinder to rotate at a low speed.

The gold washing trammel scrubber is consisted of two parts: one is for washing the clay, another is for sieving different sizes ores.

There are 4 carrier rollers to support the drum. The machine is working rotary through the gear in the middle of the outside drum.

In the washing part, it's a closed space ,there are some plate in this part. Trommel Washing Plant Scrubber suitable to Alluvial type mineral with sticky clay.
The drum part to wash the clay, the screen part to sieve the particle size .It's widely used in gold,Diamond,Tin, Chrome, Coal etc processing plant.
