Turbo Gold Washing Disc

The newly introduced spiral gold washing disc is primarily employed for the selective separation of placer gold, offering a complete replacement for manual pan gold panning. The equipment features compact dimensions and weight, rapid processing of heavy sands, significant time and labour savings, and exceptional separation capability for fine-grained gold.

Constructed entirely from welded steel, the unit exhibits exceptional durability and wear resistance, eliminating the need for frequent component replacement. The spiral disc's angle can be finely adjusted during operation to achieve optimal recovery efficiency, while fitted castors facilitate easy relocation.

During operation, a small quantity of material is introduced into the spiral tray. As the tray rotates and water flows through, lighter-density materials are flushed away. Ultimately, only the denser gold is concentrated into the central enrichment aperture, subsequently discharged through this aperture into the rear container designated for gold storage.
