NDC-2 type pulp concentration meter is a rapid determination of pulp concentration device, because of its simple structure, low price, widely used in geology, metallurgy department laboratory, concentrator, as a rapid detection of pulp for use.
NDC-2 type pulp concentration meter structure
The NDC-2 concentration meter consists of a 3 kg weighing device and a 1 litre volume measuring cylinder. Its weighing mechanism is a pair of corrected tight spring, the upper end of the spring is fixed on the support with the help of two M3 screws, and the other end is hung on the spring. The weight of the pulp measuring cylinder is added to the weighing spring through the hook spring spring frame, and the deformation of the weighing spring under the load is caused by the bar frame, rack and pinion, shaft on the spring frame, and the pointer is rotated and moved. Indicates a specially designed concentration value.
The conversion of concentration value is carried out under 1 kg pulp volume, so the error of the measuring cylinder directly affects the measuring accuracy of the concentration meter.
