The A5-RS2000 Disc vibratory grinder grinds ores, minerals, metallographic samples, ceramics, soils, mixtures, chemicals and similar particles. 95% of the samples can be ground to less than 75 microns in 3 minutes. This depends on the weight of the sample and its own physical characteristics. More samples can be prepared at one time for laboratory analysis, suitable for any laboratory.
The A5-RS2000 disc vibratory grinder is connected by a V-shaped belt to a universal shaft and a 2.2kW motor. This motor can provide more power to the grinder and can extend the service life of the motor (because it is different from the traditional vibrating motor drive grinder).
